29 Second has secure off street parking with private entrance to our guest suite. Sleeping accomodations are Queen-sized with cable TV, FM radio, vcr, high speed wireless internet, phone, and air conditioning. Private bath with thirty by sixty inch shower, heat, and ventilation. Twenty four hour access to our kitchen and breakfast pantry.

We are pleased to provide storage for kayaks, small boats and bicycles. Walk or bike to scores of restaurants and shops within a one half mile radius of our door. Paddle Newport Harbor, out to historic Rose Island Lighthouse or over to the Jamestown shoreline. Kayak and bike tours available upon request. Sail on our catboat through a saltmarsh.
