29 Second is located in Newport's oldest waterfont neighborhood. Owners Jon and Susan Powers have resided in the " Point Section " of Newport for over thirty years.

Avid bicyclists, kayakers, sailors, and gardeners, they have hosted many guests with similar interests. Hundreds of exciting sights and destinations within a small geographic area make Newport the perfect site for bicycle touring. Paddlers are delighted to find that " 29 " is only 300 ft. from easy access to Narragansett Bay.

Guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy our gardens and backyard. Deck and water garden were featured in the book " Secret Gardens of Newport's Point Section " and photographed by Victoria Magazine, Rhode Island Monthly, and the Providence Journal.
